Hey friend, I’m Raylee I’ve been a women’s mindset coach, an entrepreneur and a mother my whole adult life, and I’m obsessed with the question, “How can I do it all well without sacrificing their happiness and my health?” The second question is “How can my children not end up in therapy while I chase my dreams?” Or, how can I do what is most important to me and still have a wonderful family and good health? I live in Caves Beach, a small coastal town with my four daughters, one husband, and Luna, my scraggy poodle Luna. Locally, we are known as The Brady Bunch. We are a mixed family. Chris, my husband, and I have two daughters and one son. We are a team and don’t differentiate between the families. We are an active family who enjoys the beach, dirt biking and campfires while watching bush tv. We value the simple things in life and stop at 6:30 for family dinners. My greatest pride is in how well-oiled our family is. The house is organised, and the kids are resilient, respectful, and engaging. But, honestly, it wasn’t always like this way. Together we have evolved and learned what works and doesn’t. You, too, can have it all running smoothly. All of these are balancing acts.
